Upon placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Please, please, please double check you gave us the correct address. The Sunfern Studio is not responsible for items shipped to a wrong address provided by the buyer. If there’s anything wrong with the information given, please email us right away! We want to make sure your lovely art piece makes its way to you safely. If a package is returned to us, we ask you to please repay the shipping fee before we can ship the items again.
If you placed a custom order or wholesale order, allow for 2-4 weeks for the creation and processing of the order.
After processing and receiving your payment, your order will ship within 3-5 business days. Before shipping, we thoroughly check the quality of the items to provide you with the best handmade products. Once your order is finished, we will package your items carefully, with love, in order to avoid any damages during shipping to best of our ability.
Items will be shipped First Class through USPS and all orders will be provided with a tracking number. The flat rate shipping price includes postage and packaging costs. Keep in mind that once we leave your package at the post office, Sunfern Studio isn’t responsible for any damages or loss of packages. Insurance is available upon request. Please email us as soon as you place your order.
Once we ship your package, you will receive another confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 4-7 business days for your new piece to arrive.
