We use both Square and/or Stripe, secure and user-friendly payment processors for your convenience and security. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover credit cards. All prices are listed in US dollars. Payment is expected in full before we fulfill the order and ship it to its new home.
RETURNS + EXCHANGES
We are thrilled to have you as our customer and truly hope you fall in love with your new art piece! Your satisfaction with our products is extremely important to us. Please contact us with any questions or concerns.
Unfortunately, because of the one-of-a-kind, handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final. We make sure to represent all our products as accurately as possible with detailed pictures and descriptions. Make sure you read the product descriptions, including dimensions and shipping policies before placing your order.
Before shipping, we thoroughly check the quality of our goods to provide you with the best handmade art pieces. We package all our goods very carefully in order to avoid any damages during shipping to best of our ability. Upon arrival, please inspect your packages before signing to accept them.
The Sunfern Studio is not responsible for damages incurred during transit. If you wish to purchase insurance, we will accommodate the option to do so. We do not refund lost or stolen packages, and we are not responsible for items not received due to an incorrect address. If the package is returned to us, we ask the customer to please repay the shipping fee before we can ship their items again.
In the unlikely event that you do receive a defective item, please send us an email within three days of parcel arrival with detailed photographs of both the product and the package. We will assess if it was a production error or if it was damaged during transit. If we deem the defect was made in production, we will happily refund or exchange the item. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must be unused and in the condition you received it. Please return the defective product in its original packaging. Shipping fees will be the responsibility of the customer.
